Shaleka is a member of Junior YPTC having previously been a member ofHopeful Monsters where he played Bottom in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, The Posh Uncle in 'oliver Twist', The Prince in 'Cinderella', Demitrius in the earlier 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', Benvolio in 'The Modern Day Romeo And Juliet', Stan, Medic and Steve in 'The Era Of Youth Showcase' Shaleka is also a member of Chicken Shed Theatre for whom he has played The Prince in 'Grimm Nights And Ever After Days', The Furball in 'Alice In Wonderland' and A Fezziwig in 'A Christmas Carol' Shaleka has also done performances at 'The Royal Albert Hall', 'The Hilton Hotel', Chickenshed Theatre and various schools around london. Shaleka will be seen as central character Jacob in Junior YPTC’s new musical at the Cochrane Theatre in April 2009.
